She has assisted nonprofit organizations and public agencies with creating and implementing projects for parks and public land use plans.

Drawing on more than 30 years of experience helping private, public and not-for-profit organizations, Kathy Blaha’s expertise is in engagement and governance solutions. Well-known for her facilitation and communication skills she has helped clients move the ball forward toward project implementation. She is skilled in building partnerships and creating the right foundation for collaborative endeavors and is quick to understand the dynamics and potential of client organizations.

During her 24-year tenure at The Trust for Public Land, as Senior Vice President, Kathy directed research and program development on parks, water quality and land conservation tools for local governments.

Ms. Blaha has a B.A. in Geography from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a Masters in Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She sits on the board of KLZR Radio.
